Student Employment

Work on Campus

International students are eligible to work part-time because of the nature of their Visas (Student Visas). You can find jobs or traineeship on campus. There are several ways for you to go about this: you can go to the International Student Services Centre and ask them for help (+ 7 (3822) 78-56-06  or, or, you can ask about work in your department or faculty. When you have identified where you would like to work, the International Division will help you with employment procedures and contracts. Jobs on campus can hold significant advantages for you, such as: improve your language skills (since you have to communicate with Russian native speakers); provide you with extra money; help you to find new friends; and even combine advantages of money and research work (if you find a job in a laboratory or at your Faculty).
